Through our close affiliation with Watlow, Single Iteration designers work hand-in-hand with the people producing products on a daily basis. This enables us to ensure the seamless and cost effective transition of a qualified design from prototype to the production quantities you need.
Single Iteration eliminates the potential development bottlenecks in thermal system prototyping by addressing two areas that most often result in delays:
- Custom electronic controls
- Precision fabricated parts and assemblies
Our custom controls approach employs progressive integration from software-in-the-loop to hardware-in-the-loop to verification using a target processor platform. Complete custom control systems can be prototyped in a fraction of the time required to design and build traditional electronic controls.
We maintain a full service machine shop staffed with expert technicians capable of quickly "crafting" precision one-of-a-kind assemblies, samples and evaluation units. For slightly higher volumes, our manufacturing center is set up to handle process planning, equipment development and logistics planning for expediting limited and pilot production run quantities.
